All items on this website are made to order and I aim to build and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, though turnaround depends on order size, my existing queue and parts availability. I aim to dispatch orders within a maximum of two weeks, though often your order may be dispatched sooner than this. Quotes for uncommon, complex or large orders will be accompanied by a turnaround time estimate. I consider all items on this website to be “tailor made or personalised goods” under the UK Distance Selling Regulations and therefore items are not returnable after they have been dispatched unless they are faulty. If you choose to cancel your order before it has been dispatched but after significant work has been carried out, charges for time and materials may apply. Customers must inform me of any fault with their purchase within 30 days. Feedback is welcomed on all purchases.
Anything sent to me for modification must be sent by a trackable form of delivery and must be properly packaged. I cannot be held responsible for any equipment sent to me for modification that is lost or damaged by a courier or Royal Mail.
Orders dispatched to UK addresses of a value under £50 are shipped via Royal Mail 1st signed for service, orders over £50 are shipped via Royal Mail special delivery. International orders can be sent via a courier or royal mail, prices vary depending on shipment size, value and weight.
While I cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged by a courier or Royal Mail, I will do my best to assist any customer, should any issue arise. As previously stated everything I send requires a signature and is trackable.
